Dak Original Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way! Please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information.

During checkout, customers can choose their preferred shipping method. We'll provide an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.

  • Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT : 
  • Order created date + order cutoff and processing time + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.
  • Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Express shipping may not be available for all orders. 

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

Dak Original reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Dak Original reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Dak Original reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

Additional Information

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

  • We do not offer re-shippers or package forwarding services.

  • Orders are not processed and shipped on Holidays.

  • Shipping Option may vary depending upon delivery address.

  • Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

  • All orders are subjected to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

  • Return Shipping label are created for US customers Only.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

  • Some International locations may not be eligible for express shipping and may take longer to arrive than the estimated delivery date.

  • For international, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DAK ORIGINAL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Please Note: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately, within 48 hours via customer support. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
