Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. Once your order has been placed it is sent to our warehouse for processing. You'll need to return the original package to obtain a refund.

Where is my order?

Once order is placed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for package to arrive to you from the day your order shipped.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Dak Original will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by customer.

I received incorrect item(s) in my order, what should I do?

Please contact our  customer support  team within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can resolve this issue for you. Please provide your order number with your inquiry.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should i do?

Sending order confirmation can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, visit our contact page for customer support. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of damaged products. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.

Do you offer return?

Yes. Some items might not be qualified for a return. Customers cannot request return for products designated as final sale, clearance, sale and personalized item(s). In the Unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customers must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the item and a screenshot of confirmation email. Can I exchange my item(s)?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for your item and place a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. To start this process visit our  return  page.

How long does international shipping & delivery take?

The estimated delivery time for international shipments can differ based on the destination. It usually ranges from 13 to 16 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

How much does international shipping cost?

The cost for international shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How is sale tax calculated?

We charge sales tax and use tax according to federal, state and local government guidelines. Taxes are calculated based on shipping address provided and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Please note that taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate and may not take into account applicable exemptions tax holidays. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships and final amount is charged. 

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Yes, your order may be subject to import duties and duties taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.

Can I return item(s) that were shipped internationally?

Yes, we accept returns for international orders. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and that your return for shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Why is my order stuck or not moving?

Due to issues with carriers, you may see some delays in tracking updates on your order.

My order still says it is in transit for a number of days, what should I do?

Orders will remain "In Transit" status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained "In Transit" For 7+ days since most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your issue. You can check the status of your order using our Order Tracking page.

What form of payment option do you accept?

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover,  Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Dak Original gift cards. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. You'll see this when you visit our checkout page.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, Once approved, please allow us up to 10 business days to process your refund. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why was I charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicated charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and get rectified automatically. However, If it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our customer support page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Can gift cards expire?

No, Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Can I apply a gift card to a past order?

If you forgot to apply your gift card to your online order, we would not be able to apply the unused gift card to your order once it has been placed.

Do you offer discounts or Promotion?

Yes, we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or sms text alerts to receive news on special offers.

Where can I purchase DAK ORIGINAL products?

Dak Original Products are only available on our website; dakoriginal.com.
